Submissions to the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights on Universal Birth Registration and the Use of Digital Technologies

August 2024


C-HELP submitted its response to the United Nations Human Rights Office's call for inputs on universal birth registration. The submission examines the legal and policy implications of implementing digital technologies for birth registrations in India. It emphasises the protection of human rights throughout this process.
