The Supreme Court's capitulation to the Parliament on marriage equality in Supriyo Chakraborty compels us to revisit strategic interventions on behalf of LGBTQIA+ people. 

In this context, C-HELP and SAATHII revisit emerging law and policy concerns in Happier Together since the publication of Happy Together (2021), which outlines the roles of legislative, judicial and executive branches in affirming equality, dignity and autonomy of LGBTQIA+ people.
